Dog Patch Pottery celebrates its 15th summer season in 2015! Dog Patch Pottery is a demonstrating pottery studio and retail store in beautiful Crawford Bay on the East Shore of Kootenay Lake, one of many thriving artisan shops in the area. The store features the pottery of owner, Lea-Rae Belcourt as well as several other talented Kootenay potters. Lea strives to have a selection to suit all tastes and has a personal penchant for all things funky!
Lea’s favourite thing about being self-employed is having control over her working hours. By being her own boss she is able to make room for all the things she loves in her life. It’s all about balance: “with the clay on the wheel and with life spinning round and round on this little blue planet!”
