These Terms of Service govern the use of www.futures.bc.ca and www.mycfck.ca (the “Sites”). These Sites are owned an operated by Community Futures Central Kootenay, a non-profit organization based in the Central Kootenay Regional District, in British Columbia, Canada.

All content published and made available on the Sites is the property of Community Futures Central Kootenay and the creators of the Sites. This includes, but not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of the Sites.

The Sites contain links for third party websites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party website linked to on the Sites. This includes Social Media websites that Community Futures Central Kootenay uses as an extension of our web presence.
Updates to Terms and Conditions
Community Futures Central Kootenay may revise the Terms of Service for the Sites at any time without notice. Using the Sites, you agree to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
Governing Law
Any claim relating to the Sites shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
